Optimization of steep-end slope mining plan in open-pit coal mines based on Vissim simulation

摘要: 为提高露天煤矿经济效益,优化露天矿山端帮靠帮开采道路宽度,以哈尔乌素露天煤矿开采现状图为依据,提出端帮靠帮开采方案并进行边坡稳定性模拟分析;在方案边坡稳定的前提下,根据现场实际道路参数设置斜坡道坡度,使用Vissim软件模拟靠帮后的端帮车流量密度及行车平均速度以验证方案可行性,再进行经济效益分析。研究结果表明:在采用靠帮开采方案后,不仅可以保证边坡安全,还可以将车流量密度降低11.02辆/km,行车平均速度提高10.2 km/h,显著提升运输效率的同时实现靠帮开采,该方案的年经济效益为1.538亿元。

Abstract: In order to improve economic effectiveness of open-pit coal mines and optimize width of steep-end slope mining roads, based on current situation map of Harwusu open-pit mines, steep-end slope mining plan was proposed and slope stability simulation analysis was carried out. Then, On the premise that slope of the plan was stable, the slope grade was set according to actual road parameters at the site, and Vissim software was used to simulate traffic density and average speed of the slope behind the steep end to verify the proposed plan before its economic benefits were analyzed. The results show that the proposed plan can not only ensure slope safety, but also reduce the traffic density by 11.02 vehicles/km, while increase average speed of vehicles by 10.2 km/h. It achieves slope mining while ensures transportation efficiency, and its annual economic benefit reaches as high as 153.8 million yuan.
